I have been working at Air Mauritius Limited for the past 23 years as Cabin Crew. I have the opportunity to develop multi skills in relation to various specific in-flight tasks that professionals perform in different jobs on ground. And above all, to achieve the company's commercial objectives through an excellent customer service delivery.
Good comunication and teamwork, handling delicate situations with customers ( for example in such cases as deported pax, unrully pax, sick or injured pax under treatement by assisting doctors with inflight medical kit and relevent paper works and reports).
Handling of cash money and credit cards for the sales of duty-free items to passengers.
Good situation awareness in safety hazards and proper monitoring in high-level of hygiene for a safe environnement during the flight.
I also developed the ability to work calmly under pressure and had sometimes to deal with delayed departures and the non-availability of special menus previously booked.
In breif, as a Cabin Crew, it is always dealing with passengers care comfort and to be able to go beyond their expectations in quality service delivery.
