Very bad customer service
Very bad customer service from DHL Mauritius. Huge delay in delivery service. When calling to enquire, a very displeasant lady responded with arrogance. Not value for money at all. I'm forced to select a star for the rating but for me it is zero star.

Worst service ever
The customer service is the worst. I spend a lot of money trying to contact them. They do not call, are slow, not helpful. The employees are all useless. I made a payment and they didn’t even check to see if it was received they kept pestering me for the money I already sent. They told me they had only 2 vehicles so I had to carry heavy items by myself ( I’m a student no car) they need to reorganize themselves, fire their management because this is just ridiculous. They don’t even respond to angry customers. It does not bother them that their customer service is horrendous

Awful experience
Rather than choosing DHL I would prefer normal flight deliveries. They are very unprofessional & are do not deliver the product quick. I was so angry that I tried to take the product at the Customs myself but was not possible as they were the broker. Excessive pricing for a bad service. I had a better service from Fedex in the past...please do not choose this Service Provider....Disgusting

Worst in the whole world
So much excuses from dhl mauritius, so much delay, story teller, they dont even deserve a 1 star, they should close their company in Mauritius. Very irresponsible, lazy people in Mauritius, selfish and unprofessional. Will never choose dhl mauritius ever again. This is from uk in dec 2020, their service is ridiculous worst in the world

No satisfaction with the way they deal.
Bad experience, too much delay. Don't have a better communication with customer and they are good history teller when they are at fault.

Very bad service ....it cost you the same time to wait as a usual mail delivery...Extremely poor customer service & excessive prices. Please Choose Fedex instead or normal flight as you will take your product more rapidly from the customs department rather than depending on them.
