Bus ignores signal
Today. 11:05. Bustop after Intermart at St François. Bus 83JN11 going to Port-louis arrives as I'm on the other side of the street. I wave to signal that I'm taking the bus but cars coming, it takes 30 seconds to cross the road... but the bus drives off... Fortunately a friend of mine took me in his car immediately and could overtake the bus at the next bus stop where I got in. I adked the driver why he didn't wait... both driver and controler said it's because I WASN'T ON THE BUSSTOP... I consider that it's a rough attitude towards a senior citieen: I'm 74...

Chauffeur roule brite et perna manière a pointe aux sables
Bonsoir à tous, je voudrais faire un apel aux gens qui ont prit le bus aujourd'hui vers les 17:30 tout au plus prés de la poste, ma fiancé qui était aussi dans le bus à vu la sauvagerie d'un chauffeur de la TBS comme d'habitude envers certaines personnes et aussi une femme âgée. Misier ti p roule brite, plis ti p koz kouma 1 sovaz..,pas atane dimoune fini desan li roulé.., si vous avez des informations concernant le chauffeur ou méme la plaque d'immatriculation du bus(so mama plak nimero) faites savoir. Merci. Pas blier ki tout dimoune ki ena famille ki prend bis, CONCERNÉ.. Sa kalité dimoune la pas sippozer roule bis. pas atane 1 malher arrivé lerla ki pou bougé... Dans la vie bizin brave unpe et agir. MERCI

Terrible service. Staff often unpolite
Bad conductors feeling that they are driving an F1 . Dangerous driving that led to numerous accident on the road of Port-Louis to Pointe aux Sables. Staff is often unpolite and has no respect for passengers. Often drivers dont even wait for passengers to sit down before starting again. Im desperately waiting for the new feeder bus system to the Metro so that i can avoid this company.

Aujourd'hui 13/01/2020 j'ai pris autobus ( de Pointe Aux Sables a Port Louis) comme dabitude a 08:16 pour me rendre au boulot. Le chauffeur du bus 1361 AP 09 dormais a chaque fois. A noter qu'il y avait un gros enbouteillage. J'essaie d'appeler sur le numero ******** mais personne ne repond. Quel Professionalisme de Votre part. Bravo.

Terrible noise when travelling in TBS 4023 AG 07
Yesterday I was travelling in the TBS (4023 AG 07) from Port Louis to Trou aux Biches at 1415 hrs. The bus was an Express service and as soon as it started its journey an unbearable noise started to be heard. It was terrible. This continued whole thorugh the journey till Triolet and then on and off till Trou aux Biches. Imagine how the passengers were feeling after working for a whole day and to get a bus doing an unbearable noise.

I think the TBS administration should ask their employees when returning the buses to the garage to ask about the problems they encountered during the journey etc. Then try to improve the quality of service they give to public. It's our money that we pay but the service of the TBS day by day is getting worst.

Grateful if the Management could do a thorough check regarding the buses in the garage, please (noise, seat comforts, etc).

PS: I recorded the noise unfortunately TBS does not have email address so that I could have sent it to the Management to hear the said noise.

Dangerous driver
I caught a triolet bus from grand baie to pereybere at 5.30 today. The driver pulled away so fast I was throw into my seat in a 60kph speed zone the driver doing in excess of 80kph took a bend so fast I thought the bus would turn over the nearly hit a car from behind as he was to close when asked why he was driving like a mad man our reply was that he was running late. THAT is no excuse for putting people lives at risk there was a couple of tourists on the bus with a very young baby and the looked terrified for there safety. I do not know what training this driver has had but I feel his licence should be removed and he should be re trained in how to drive a bus. Also the bus itself is clearly in no condition to be driven at these speeds and if I had wanted a white knuckle ride I would have gone to Disney land and I have to give one star or this review will not show it should be - 5 star

poor service
My son waited almost 45 mins at the trou aux biches bus stop today i.e 01.03.19, just now to get a bus to go to goodlands for his tuition whish starts at 3 pm. He was at the bus stop from 1340 and it's at 1425 that he got one bus....no other bus passed by.... inagine waiting at the bus stop for so long....plus this heat
I contacted the office severeal times today on ******** and the customer care service was very very bad. The reply was abrupt and they didn't give you time to ask questions that the phone was put down.
For a company as such the customer service is very bad. Need to sentisize these people that they work for the public, please.

I forgot to take my change Rs 400. In spite having cameras they are not reverting back.i even left my contact number so the money collector can return,looks like it was intentional.

What a nice conductor
We have been coming to Mauritius and taken the buses here for approx. 20 years, but never have we met such a nice conductor, than the one who was in a bus to P. Louis that we took from Pereybere Saturday 16 December approx. 10.20.
He was a smiley, friendly and welcoming person and looked like he was just not doing his job, he was actually enjoying it.
You must be proud of having a person like him among your emploees. Please extend our best wishes to him and his family and give him a raise, he deserves it.

Which bus to take to go to la croisette from terre rouge?
The line Port Louis to Pointe aux Sables. kindly resolve the problems of the students who keeps on waiting in the bus station so long. Why cant provide them a school bus for them.
Every day we passengers are paying in the bus are getting late for our work because of those students. There must be tracking. the bus is full with school students and we had to get down of the bus because its full.

Why is it that your buses on the line 215 do not abide and respect the established time table especially at peak times in the morning and afternoon? For once or due to major problems,it is understandable not everyday.A delay of 5 to 10 minutes is acceptable but 20 to 25 minutes is UNACCEPTABLE.Easily veryfiable from your bus log-as proof I have bus tickets and I can prove.
