Villa Jo is situated in Roches-Noires, on the East coast of the island, in a very peaceful cove.Of an area of 120 m², the villa is a perfect accommodation for one couple with children or 2 couples.
The villa countsOne air-conditioned bedroom opening on a little veranda,with a 160 double bed, with en suite bathroom and toilets.Upstairs, another large air-conditioned bedroom, with 2 single beds (90 cms wide,) and a wash-basin.A mezzanine with a 140 cm large bed.Another bathroom with separate toilets is available on the ground floor and an outside shower for a rinse after swimming.
A large open plan, fully-fitted and equipped kitchen with dish-washer, washing machine, 2 fridges, gas / electric stoves and oven, a microwave oven, a toaster etc..
