Villa Banyan www.villa-banyan.com is a high class residential complex which comprises 6 beachfront fully equipped bungalows located in Grand Gaube, a peaceful fisherman village of Mauritius.
Facing the sea and the Island to the north, the complex has a fresh water swimming pool, under the shade of a Giant Banyan tree. The houses are directly on the ocean and enjoy a wonderful view across the lagoon.
The bungalows are modern, fully equipped, spacious and perfectly clean. The rental is very affordable and Villa Banyan is ideal for families with children or group of friends. The total accommodation capacity is 36 to 42 persons. Each bungalow is fully equipped for an optimum comfort; the bed sheets, towels, and beach towels are provided as well.

My family and I spent a week in December 2010 at Banyan Resorts and it was the best vacation that we have spent. We were right on the beach and the view was unmatched. The maid cooked us delicious dinners of typical Mauritian foods at very reasonable cost. We went fishing with a local fisherman and took excursions to small outlying islands. Aquatic sports are available at resorts nearby. You can take long walks on the beach and enjoy the peace and quiet of a small fishermen's village. Walk to the pier right next to the villas and see the daily catch from the fishermen and you cannot get any fresher fish & seafood! Clean facilities and friendly service round up the perfect tropical vacation! The best kept secret on the island!
