I buy a laptop mahatan galaxy cupipe for 2 or 3 years of warranty next year the warranty will finish unfortunately it feel down n was crash near the charger plug in to the pc both up an down cover was crash and power was not coming, decided to go to galaxy as it was still on warranty n ready to paid the cost to change the cover both down and up so that my pc look fresh and new I told the guy name vikash that I want to change all I don't want to see any crack. unfortunately it took me nearly one month to get my laptop after 3 weeks I call and agency and they told me I have to pay 3700 rupees and vikash told me to pay 1st and then will deliver and also told me that all has been change up n down if I would have not call nobody would have told me to go and pay and vikash told me agency call me but he don't know anything one Wednesday I went to pay without seeing the laptop and Friday vikash call me and ask me that he received the laptop and both side was change but haven't received the charger I told him do the needful I will come to pick it the following week any day as I don't have time ..he said ok following the next week Wednesday I call back vikash and nothing was done he told me the charger was on the way ,when I call agency thy told me now thy are going to see the charger will take me two day to get it I said ok and I call them back tomorrow another lady pick up the call and said it will b deliver today itself by 4.3o I told vikash to communicate with me anytime but unfortunately he didn't call me back the following morning I call agency to confirm if the charger was delivered to galaxy and they said yes but vikash haven't communicate to me and the following day wen I call he was off and his colleagues don't even know about my laptop ,I told them I badly need this as I don't have time and they told me come they will do the necessary ,and wen I got their I was surprised and not satisfied with the quality service the top cover was not change and my charger was in bad condition it has been burn I was so nervous but the man who was their told me that vikas who will know if it was like that or not and he haven't even register in the book when his friend warren was searching for the entry of my laptop it was not resister n he write it back the same day n make me sign and once at home I call back the agency to told them about the charger and a lady insist with me that they return my charger in good condition like it was I said no it was the laptop was damage not the charger and she said I have to ask vikash who know abut that ,the following day I call back vikas to inform and he said the charger has been return like it was and I told him their was no enter that the charger was burn I told him I will come back the following day to return as I didn't accept a charger like that and he was insisting and told me that agency is close on sturdy and Sunday and haven't even wait for me to talk and cut the call what shame poor quality service low connection, no communication ,,,and take long for repair I haven't go back as I was too busy and nervous and don't want to see this guy face but for sure am going to publish in the newspapers and all internet site that I know for thee poor quality service of galaxy cup need more training for customer care hence fore I will not go back to galaxy and will told friends also about my waste of time because of them and you will also lost customers ...thanks
