Subject: Hybrid free check up

Attended appointement on saturday 23rd July 2016 at 7:30 a.m ( Rank 4th customer)

At 09:30 a.m, was informed by the representative of service dept that my vehicle ( honda civic hybrid) software is outdated and had to be upgraded accordingly. I did not go forward for this upgrade.

No report of the free check up has been provided to me and I was told that I have to pay RS 1500 to upgrade the system and then can be provided with a copy of the diagnosis report.

However, it is to be pointed out that though this was a free check up, no report was provided even though stating that the car system needed to be upgraded.
