I am very upset with the service ,it is since 8 months now that your maintenance staff has not done any servicing with the fountain dispenser.Trying to call in the morning on the ******** nobody pick up the phone or always on answering mode.I called on the emtel mobile phone someone pick up the phone after several attempts and confirmed to do the servicing on Saturday morning 17th June 2017 after organizing with one of your staff.Unfortunately nobody came on Saturday without any messages left until now even I called your receptionist staff on the mobile phone this morning after several attempts and said that she will be back to me,unfortunately the same story.Honestly I am very unsatisfied with the service.I will call your director this morning to make an official complaint.

I am very dissapointed with the service to order water. After numerous phone calls and people promising to phone me back...i still have not yet recieved my water. This is totally unexceptable

i am very much annoyed by your service,when you take the customer's money for the purpose as a deposit amount and say that you will do a refund...you know what you should make sure that the hard earned money is sent back to the customer as refund....but i shaji pampalayam kuttapan,took the service from you and when i was moving from the country despite being told to take the despenser back your ppl never arrived on the said date,and they take the despenser back after constant calling after 2o days...two months past the process of pain while returning the water service,,,i have still not got my money back...


every time some one from accounts say the director is not available to sign the cheque.

if this is the way you work then do not do the business with the EXPAT....
do the business only with the local who are not having to leave the country for good.

i recomended three ppl for the service.now i am writing this review,
i will also say the ppl whom i spoke good about the company..and mention the painstaking effort i did to get one thousand rs back as refund..which never came ...
to morrow i am leaving the country...
i think this is not the way a company should run.

Since I have a school expedition coming soon, I would like to to ask the company how much would cost 35 gallons of water (5L)? Would it be possible to get a discount if we buy in bulk? I would appreciate if I could get an answer as soon as possible as I need to inform my school.
