VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Firstly I would say Courts are very unprofessional. I bought a washing machine in the start of June 2018, it has washed only once and after that stopped. I contacted Courts several times, but they said that they cannot do anything even though it was on warranty and asked me to contact the Samsung agency directly. I contacted the Samsung agency and finally they send a technician. After that, technician informed us that they will have to repair the machine. I refused and asked for a new one. I called Courts many times to ask what is happening but they said that they are waiting for technician report and to call after one week. I called back after one week and still no feedback. Sometimes when I call they dont even answer the calls. It is very unprofessional on their behalf. I paid cash and asked for refund also but still they said that it will take some time. Finally they called me and asked me to choose a new one, when I choose a new one and now they cannot do the delivery because their system is not working. Last time busying from Courts. Very bad Customer service and not even a phone number to complaint.

My house owner purchased HISENSE tv from courts mammouth, curepipe.Within, 1 month, there was problem of ants going /crawling inside the TV.Within 3 months, the remote started malfunctioning. When I took for the service, they said, tit will take 10-15 days. Unfortunately, this HISENSE tv has no manula controls. Every thing channel or volume change or radio/TV options work only through remote. This is the first time, I have seen such a terrible TV. The cusotmer care in the shop , flatly refused to give any spare remote, given that TV does not work without remote.They dont have a spare one!!!
It is high time, such a simple gadget goes wrong, and repair takes 2 weeksand the customer is left high and dry.The management must look into this issue and set proper remedial measures for good customer satisfaction. Why should they sell such rubbish TVs? I am shocked.

I bought a mobile on hire purchase with Courts and I was advised to take insurance in case I lost my job then it will be covered. So I took insurance and I was paying my account each month. After a year of paying I lost my job but I continue paying the acc and when I couldn't get another job I told courts about my situation and I told them I have insurance. The lady told me I should pay and she cannot do anything and they keep harassing me even after telling them I should be covered according to the contract I signed. After a while they stopped calling me and I thought it was settled when I started getting calls again from Courts after 2 years and asking me to pay when it should have been closed.

Seriously it this how they treat customers. Bad customer service and no manners on the phone. Worse company ever.

at the moment of purchase i was duly informed that equipment was out of stock and will be received within 1 week. I agreed and purchased in cash on 09 august 2014.
Till now equipment still not delivered.
Given different reasons by different staff all the time.
Applied for a refund but then was told that equipment has just arrived will be delivered in 1 week, so i cancelled the refund as i already waited for so long.
Once more, still awaiting, am been given different contradictory reasons and i still don't understand who to believe, who's who and which is which.
I hope i'll get delivered soon.
Lack of professionalism and no customer care.
I'll never purchase anything there, i prefer pay more for the same article anywhere rather than doing business with Courts anymore.

On the 09/08/2014. I was in need for an urgent Laptop for processing my work. I am a closed customer to courts and my wife too. My account is always settle in due time and with advance payment. I was very disappointed that my considered shop could not deliver the goods in due time those they have all my records just because of a particular document. This is not customer care. They could have deliver me the laptop and on the following day i bring the requested doc.

I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM THE MANAGEMENT OF COURTS MAURITIUS THAT I AM NO MORE CONSIDERING COURTS SERVICES.

What is the use of investing in advertisement when your office lose sale.
There are no mutual support with your marketing strategy.

This is Bullshit.. i hate the way they harass people on the phone..
No good manners whether physical or by phone.

I love the way the staff of Courts Mauritius working. There is a good co-orperation among the staffs. Good service even after sales service. I wish I could get one more chance to work and have a good experience of working in this company it's like a dream for me. I really appreciate the co-orperations that the staffs have in Courts Mauritius.

I am always buying electronic stuff from Courts. They have wide variety of products and good customer service.
