Service
Worst service ever. They don’t bother to call or even reply to your mail when it’s them who sent it in the first place. Lack of professionalism. Whenbyou call they put you on wainting but don’t bother again to talk back. And they ask by mail to settle of the payment which i do but when i call to ask if they got it . They didn’t even know. If they don’t want to work go home change your job please.

Poor service, no communication, bad experience
I really wish I checked out the reviews of Aramex before placing my order. The staff do not know what customer service is, they do not respond to emails, they say they will call you back but don't. A package of mine has been in customs for 4 days but they can't tell me why it is not being processed and released. The person at Aramex has no clue. Maybe Aramex should hire a customer service consultant to fix your in house issues before it's too late?

Poor service
The staff takes forever to reply to my emails. I'm very disappointed by the service. My goods have been retained by customs for a moment now because of the staff's lack of communication. This is really frustrating. I think that the Company needs to employ professionals. The people I've been talking to seem like they do not want to work. I will not choose aramex next time.

Awful service
The Customer service is worst that I ever had in my life. If they do not know the answer of your question they just hang up. Is this the type of customer support you are providing? This is my first and LAST time using your service. Do train your staff how to talk to clients?

Bad
I was supposed to receive a letter from India on the 19 July 2019.It was put in post at Aramex 0n 16 July 2019 with a promise it will be delivered by 19 July.It only reached on 25 July 2019.I believe its unacceptable for such a situation with such a priced service. And now that the letter reached the country the delivery man is still thinking nd giving vast time for the delivery.In a 21st century where time is money we need to know at least the approximate time that the courier will be delivered to us and not have us guessing the time.
