Hello,

I wish to inform you that my wife and I are regular customers at your shop located in Flacq.
Today the 28th October 2016, I entered you shop at 14Hrs45 to buy 3 meters 50 centimeters in length of Artificial Grass Carpet and I had one of your employee called Clency who help me to choose the right product, once I made my decision the same employee told me that he needs to have the said product cut in the main store and that he will no be long.
10 minutes later Clency arrived at the the cashier with the Artificial Grass Carpet and I presented my Credit Catd to the young lady for settlement and Clency walked away to do some more paper for the cashier and I waited infront of the cashier more than 20 minutes and Clency never turn up.
So I decided to ask the young lady cashier to handle me back my Credid Card and I walked away.
I find this very unprofessional on behalf of some of your staff and I look forward that in the future when I visit your shop again that such thing does not repeat keeping me waiting for more than half an hour.
You are most aware that today's life, people in general hate waiting without knowing what's happening without communication.
