Adapt the coaching style taking into account the environment and the local sport culture attitude.

Hire, supervise, and evaluate the coaches for youth programs.

Contribute to the process for setting the long–term objectives for the whole season for all the teams considering their age and abilities.

Ensure proper instruction for children based on their specific program.

The planning focus on preparing the players technically, tactically, physically and mentality to go into the professional career.

Use a high level performance management processes and systems that allows continually monitor the progress of the players, measure the impact of the work planned.

Ensure the safety and well-being of players by giving appropriate support and reporting any concerns immediately.

Be fully involved in the planning process that involves each specific team setting objectives for training and matches.

Whilst football delivery is the heart of all planning I verify that the coaches utilise all of the resources available and plan in an interdisciplinary way ensuring that physical and social objectives are met as well the technical and tactical objectives.

Responsible for quality control on programs, on and off the field.

Always represent AC Milan in a professional manner.

Work as part of a coaching team in a designated age group and adhere to the Academy coaching philosophy.
