Our client in the Logistic sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic Supply Chain Administrator.
Check the data related to the equipment orders.
Supervise activities related to the sales of equipment.
SO, encoding in the SAP system.
Implementation of customer payment methods.
Invoicing and monitoring customer payments.
Keep the information up to date.
Sharing of administrative and logistical monitoring information with internal and external customers.
Supervise activities related to equipment purchases:
Encoding of the PO in the SAP system.
Keep the information up to date.
Initiate supplier payment methods.
Delivery schedule monitoring.
Logistics and transport:
Supervise activities related to logistics and equipment transport:
Implementation of transport solutions, optimization of logistics costs.
Study and Planning of Transport solutions for our Projects:
Communicate with Business Units to coordinate transport demand.
Ensure that terms and details are understood by all stakeholders.
Management of calls for tenders (AO):
Establish the specifications of the AO.
Analyze and negotiate calls for tenders for transport services to select the right provider at the best value for money.
Prepare, write, and validate transport contracts.
Respond to quotation requests (RFQ) from equipment vendors.
Manage and archive RFQ information according to the existing process.
Maintain the tracking.
Develop and maintain transportation prices.
Management and administration of the transport of current orders:
Supervise the organization, optimization, management, and coordination of logistics activities with freight forwarders.
Address requests to potential providers.
Negotiate the best quality / time / price solution.
Generate Transport Orders (TO) or Purchase Orders (PO) in the SAP system.
Receive and approve supplier invoices in the SAP system.
Supply the SAP system with correct and up-to-date transport information.
Obtain the required insurance certificates.
Ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
Ensure the organization of work.
Participate in the recruitment process for new employees.
Provide coaching and training of the TLs of his team.
Assist the TLs of the sub-units in coaching team members.
Provide coaching and training for employees.
Perform the day-to-day / administrative management of the team (holidays, etc.).
Manage the schedule of employees.
Ensure the setting of the objectives of the collaborators and carry out the evaluation of the collaborators (PMP process).
Provide part of the back-up of the Sales & Operations Senior Manager in his absence
Development and optimization:
Participate in the development and updating of processes and procedures related to the activities of the department.
Ensure communication on updates and on existing tools.
Organize the learning of processes and procedures by the members of the department.
Ensure the proper use of information systems.
Improve the tools.
Bachelor (for example in foreign trade) or equivalent by experience.
Experience in a similar function in the distribution business, ideally for export and to master logistics.
IT: SAP and MS Office.
