Job vacancy Quantity Surveyor

A qualified, dedicated and experience Quantity Surveyor who can deliver in his work with fresh ideas. Candidate should demonstrate adequate knowledge and skills in the related construction field.

Main Duties & responsibilities:
• Prepare BOQ and Tenders.
• Prepare progress claim and ensure same is submitted at the correct time and subsequently follow up on certificates
• Liaise with client, sud-contractors and prepare contract agreement and progress of payment as per agreed allowable
• Prepare and monitor wages for expat workers for internal render department.
• Perform site measurement for both sub-contractors’ payment and monthly application
• Liaise with team and Client to follow-up on variation of works and pricing of same on a constant basis
• Prepare cost report and monitor cost for on-going contracts
• Liaise with consultant / client for final account
• To make sure work on site is going as per planning and schedule with on site visit to be performed.
• To perform any cognate duties as may be assigned by Management

-Should be able to at ease with software & computer.
- Communication should be clear and proper.
- Driving License
