Founded in 2008, WBN is an association of companies providing door-to-door courier services and air and sea freight forwarding services.

Duties of Job

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails - customer enquiries.
• Research required information using available resources
• Enter customer information into system accurately
• Handle Quotations
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Social media Management
• Provide customers with product and service information
• Update existing customer information
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Follow up customer
• Regular Reports via Google sheets

Skills/Competencies

• Good customer skills and positive attitude
• Customer Focused and Quality Oriented
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Must be able to work odd hours (5pm – 2 am)
• Computer literate
• Good communication and written skills in English and French
• Additional language and driving license would be an advantage
• Available immediate effect
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel Microsoft Word PowerPoint

Qualifications RequiredHSC-GCE A L - IB
