**Attend to information requests from customers and track the status of consignments on the system
**Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services, obtain details of complaint and solve queries rapidly
**Provide information as per customer queries via email
**Handle operational queries with a sense of urgency and deliver a final result
**Maintains customer records by updating account information.
**Record customer data and feedback

**Manage incoming calls
**Respond to e-mails
**Provide accurate, valid and complete information
**Responsible for recording information into a Database

**Good communications skills
**Can work Evening shift and Night shift
**Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
**Good interpersonal skills
**Fluency in English and French
