Receptionist / Showroom Clerk

Job Presentation

Our client in the sales of Professional & Domestic Appliances, is seeking to recruit a Receptionist / Showroom Clerk who will report to the Administrative Manager.

Responsibilities

Answer to all incoming calls, direct and relay telephone messages to appropriate staff member.
Attend to visitors and deal with inquiries on the phone.
Responsible for Showroom Stock, display, replenishement and price tags.
Prepare quotation and processing of sales on software.
Manage meeting rooms and organize meetings effectively.
Responsible of the front office.
Any other clerical duties related to the post.

What you need to know:

Profile
HSC with good results.
Certificate in secretarial studies would be an advantage.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
Proven experience in handling PABX telephone system.
Conversant with MS word, excel, Powerpoint and outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in both English and French.
Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
Customer service orientation.
Excellent organizing and planning skills.
Punctual, reliable and takes initiative to deliver quality work under pressure.
Attentive to detail and meet deadlines.
