To monitor inventory and stock control
To maintain and validate stock and updating the records

To make sure that all materials are received and delivered properly
All incoming materials are received, inspected and segregated in the store
All receipt documentation is properly marked and distributed
Post all invoices using the MMS
To manage and implement store systems, vendor management, inventory and material movement
Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs
Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations
Ensure all store requisitions are signed by concerned Department Heads (HOD’s) and approved by FC/GM depending upon the hotel’s operations procedure
Controlling issues and receiving departments
Verify and validate stock variation sheet
Monitor and control of purchases
