No fixed price concerning treatment. very often surcharging people for 'this and that' without any explanation. Little response from doctor when questioned...Doctor often not on the spot, have to wait a lot though you always fixed an appointment before going.

I guess you have been highly mistaken.
The way you have described I totally disagree.
I am shocked how you can say such miserable things.
May be either you had some misunderstanding or may be you are just trying to spoil the reputation of Bright Smile and team.
If you had any problems regarding the treatment you should have tried to sort out instead of just writing crap.
As the way you described the Doctor its not fair,as me my family and close ones I referred, everyone's happily satisfied with the Doctor's service and care.
The Doctor is very well mannered and he always explains what he is doing with your teeth.
As far as I know he always help and guide correctly and even poor needy also are treated with solidarity.
Request if you want to post better post something good which can help the population.
And one more thing the prices are very reasonable, may be you just search quantity and not quality indeed.

I am shocked by this comment. The first client did not seem very happy and the person who has replied is indeed very rude and arrogant. This should not be allowed to be honest. if I was the dentist I would have rectified it straight away as I am sure that the dentist should know who posted it and at the end of the day we cannot keep everyone happy. That is just impossible.

I'm looking for a dentist and am appalled by the content of the reply to someone who didn't have a good experience with that dentist. I don't have to qualify this response. Far from putting the dentist's service up, it just does the opposite regrettably. I would refrain to call this dental office. Better be tactful. Clients can either make you or break you.
