I called PSC for an information but the lady who took my call was so ill mannered that she did not let me complete my question and hang up the phone.

she does not have customer care training I guess... typical rude and arrogant sitting at the desk thinking she possess everthying there...you should have reported the ill mannered woman

Yes you are right ... This happened to me too. They seem to be in a hurry and they speak so coldly as if you were not human.
