I called PSC for an information but the lady who took my call was so ill mannered that she did not let me complete my question and hang up the phone.

she does not have customer care training I guess... typical rude and arrogant sitting at the desk thinking she possess everthying there...you should have reported the ill mannered woman

Yes you are right ... This happened to me too. They seem to be in a hurry and they speak so coldly as if you were not human.

After submitting the application online, normally we received an email from portal admin issuing you reference ID for your application. It was not the case today and I have sent the application thrice.
