Bought a Samsung tv 32 inches LED at Bagatelle on 30.12.********

After 2 years and 2 days that is on the 2 nd January 2015 something was wrong with the screen

On the 20th January we went to service center of J.M.GOUPIILE no one could tell what was the problem no thecnician was there and we have to explian the problem many times to many people

we were told to come back in one week then perhaps there would be a technician to look at the problem.

we heard from some friends they also got problem with their tv after two years unfortunately gaurantee is expire..........

is it a bad luck or.........

For more than 30 years we have been a client of J.M.GOUPILLE....

nobody answer the phone, anyone working there? isn't there a customer service?
