Question for Abc finance & leasing ltd.

Actually I want to buy a jcb which cost like ******** rs. I will deposit like ******** rs. I will put my land as guarantee which equivalent ******** rs. I have my job contract with monthly over ******** rs. I want to know if I have to do more to get the lease. Thanks u. Awaiting your reply.
