Question for Immigration Service Agency Inc

I just turned 33 in October and i would like to know if i'm eligible to immigrate with my wife and 3 kids to Canada,or if they is a way to go there. Actually i'm working as draughtsman at CNOI since nearly 3 years and before that i was in Australia...
