Question for Ideco Center

I have a back entrance terrace,whose length is 3mts 80 by 1mt 20 wide.it is overflowed by rain very often as I live in Curepipe.i would like to close it with transparent pvc curtain as i have seen at Shoprite n jumbo restos.please help & advise.
