Our training model incorporates an on line pre-test to assess the competencies of all the learners before the workshop. The results will identify whether the participants are competent or not and if competent at which level. The results will also generate the strengths, possible strengths and limitations (skills gaps) of the participant which will be used as training needs during the workshop.
The same test will be administered to the participant after the workshop to identify any change in competence thus validating the effectiveness of our training and providing a measurable ROI to the client.
