Proactive Talent Solutions (former Adecco Mauritius) - Ebene

2020 has been a year like no other for all companies. It served as an opportunity for us to reflect on our future challenges. What solutions can our agency bring to aspiring recruits and companies when the corporate world is transforming before our eyes? How can we grow further? How can we grow together?

The pandemic-disrupted job market calls for transformation. As forward-thinking entrepreneurs, we feel it is time for something new, time to advance career opportunities for Mauritians by embracing an innovative thinking, time to capitalize on emerging trends and grow our business in the region.

During these ten past years as an Adecco franchise, we have developed into a robust and innovative Recruitment and Talent Solutions agency. Focused on fulfilling positions in management, amongst other services, we have proudly achieved a rate of one successful recruitment per day.

Armed with this deep-rooted experience and the valuable trust placed in us by our candidates and clients,

As a result, we will no more operate under the Adecco brand. We believe this is the way we can grasp more opportunities to create the future of work.

We are delighted to launch our brand : Proactive
