Call Centers : Telephone Training
Infinity Training is a training center approved by the Mauritius Qualifications Authority (MQA). Specializing in business outsourcing and call centers, Infinity Training has started operations in November 2006.
All trainees are certified and made readily available to businesses. The training lasts four weeks at least.
Candidates are trained in the basics of customer relations, to making telephone appointments, selling online, or to the telephone survey.
