Tzaneen BBmotors in Limpopo is a worse service department. i took my car for service (registration BVD 467L) on Thursday the 25th of September. I wanted to do a major service estimated at cost of R********,00 so i booked in the nearby lodge thinking that the service might take a day or two. however, the whole of that day i was not contacted to tell me that they had started servicing my car. when i called to inquire i was told one story after another until the end of business day. i was supposed to pick up the car the following day in the morning but when i got there the car was not only ready, they had not started servicing it. they told me they were gonna do my car quick, yet it took me another day for them to fix my car. This was for the second time i experience bad service with them...they tell you to bring your car at 7am but they wont do it until noon or the next day if worse. It's as if you're not bringing in money its free.
