I have been a client with Proguard for over 10 years now and regret to indicate that when I requested a support to set my camera for remote viewing I was pissed off. Made over 10 international calls and each time the answer was:" We will follow-up". Wanted to talk to the owner: " Not authorized to give his number". The saga has been on since December last year.
