My warmest gratitude to Master Kay , Asha and Nishta . The way you are welcome with the beautiful smile of Nishtaji who is always there to help . My first contact with ITIS was for a massage , after which i started the meditation session on saturdays .Master Kay and Asha advices always bring you on the right path of life . I then join the yoga classes with master Nish who knows the subject at the tip of her fingers . The courses offered are simply the best i have had till now , with the interactions of everybody making it as friendly as possible . I recommend anyone interested in knowing himself or herself better in life to join in ITIS . You will always feel at home with the lovely people around .A big thanks to our masters and soul searchers ,it has been a very enriching and beautiful path with you till now ,but the journey continues........

have known ITIS since one year now. For me, it’s been a journey of amazing new discoveries, building fabulous bonds with a new family and knowing new people.

I remember when I first went to Master Kay for a counseiling last year. I used to stammer. She told me to relax and breathe in deeply. That habit died. I’m forever grateful to both Masters Kay and Asha. They are our guides and it’s our honour that they do share their beautiful experiences with us.

ITIS is my second house and it’s with great happiness that I’ve seen it grown since last year. I wish more and more people would benefit from it.

Can't miss any of those Tuesdays when our great Masters help us reach awareness by coaching us with so much understanding and patience. One week after another, we become more conscious of our own inner power and shortcomings as well, we learn to connect with the universe by accepting things we can't change and changing things we can't accept ( as stated in the famous quote ).
