* Door-to-door quotations for Air and Sea Shipments from any country in the world to Mauritius, co-ordination, controlling and monitoring these shipments on your behalf. * Should you have contracted on a door-to-door basis with a moving company at origin, we will liaise with you to complete all customs clearance documentations in order for Air and Surface Shipments to be cleared on time at destination. * Assistance in documentation completion and submission. * Transportation from Sea Port / Air Port to residence, unloading, unpacking, placement, assembly, and removal of packing debris. * Assistance with settlement of insurance claims where applicable, and minor repairs with our qualified personnel if necessary. * Delivery site surveys to determine accessibility. * Storage in warehouses plus re-delivery to residence. * Comprehensive feedback to the contracted moving company to provide them with both your and our assessment of services rendered.
