ACCOMMODATIONBuilt on a surface area of 4,225 sq mts, La Maison D'été consists of a Villa with 4 individual double bedded rooms, a complex of 6 double-bedded Bungalows, a lounge, a bar-restaurant, 2 swimming pools, 2 private sand beaches with sun beds,a recreation ground and a private parking.
BUNGALOWS-STUDIOS (25 SQ MTS EACH)Blending perfectly with the nature, the six thatch roofed bungalows bask in the sun, enjoy the sea breeze and invite their guests to laze peacefully all year round. Exposed to the soft charm of the sunrise, they allow themselves to be gently lulled in the evening by the regular murmur of the waves flirting with the coral reefs. Each Bungalow consists of a double or twin bed, a cabin shower bathroom with toilet and dressing, a fully equipped kitchenette , a lounge and a furnished terrace. The whole complex is sea facing and has a direct access to the fresh water swimming pool and the beach and lagoon. Five Bungalows are at ground floor, two of them are inter-communicated and one is on first floor with a balcony.
THE VILLA AND ITS GUESTROOMS-(40-60 SQ MTS EACH)Near to the Bungalows, the Villa consists of 4 rooms designed and toned with their natural and unspoilt environment face to the spectacular and infinite scenery of the ocean. Each room is à priori individual but may also communicate to each other when necessary. A wide common terrace is the link to gather a family or a group for meals and drinks. Spacious, elegant and comfortable, each room has a glass door which slides on to a private terrace facing the ocean and the pool. Each room comprises a double palanquin wooden bed with a ceiling fan, rattan furniture and an equipped mini-bar. Each bathroom has a cabin shower, toilets, double sinks and a spacious wardrobe. Three rooms are at ground floor, one of them has a twin bedded communicating room with bathroom meant for families with 2- 3 children. 1 room is on first floor nestled in the alcove of the thatch roof benefiting of a splendid view and wide private balcony; an ideal hideaway for honeymooners.
"AUBERG'INN" THE BAR-RESTAURANTThe cosy and homely restaurant located at the entrance of La Maison D'été is part of the Reception and the lounge. It proposes "à la carte" a wide range of local and international prepared with fresh products enhanced by a personalised and exclusive in a kazzy ambiance. The wine list has been selected with care to complement the different flavours.PRICE "A LA CARTE": 4-18 EURCLOSED ON SUNDAY FOR LUNCH AND DINNERAND ON MONDAY FOR LUNCH.
SERVICES*All the meals starting with breakfast at 8 :30 are served in the restaurant or on the sea view terrace in the garden.
PROVIDED FREE OF CHARGE# Daily room cleaning between 8:30 and 11:30.# Linens, beach and bath towels# Mountain bikes, kayaks, scuba diving equipment, sea shoes, table tennis, volley-ball and playground, computers with internet access, library and indoor games.# Booking for outside land and sea excursions, car/scooter/taxi rental, golf starts, horse riding, diving, deep sea fishing, hiking, massage and spa are organised from the reception desk upon request.
The bar is open during the restaurant hours and proposes a card full of tropical and exotic cocktails specially dedicated to unforgettable holidays.
