- Processing payrolls for clients
- Assisting supervisor in Balance Sheet / Income Statement / Cash Flow Statement preparation and analysis
- Increasing customers` satisfaction by filling respective Returns on time and promptly resolving issues
- Working closely with team leader to effectively and efficiently complete tasks and meet deadlines
- Working to maintain outstanding attendance record, consistently arriving to work ready to start immediately
- Actively listening to customers` requests, confirming full understanding before addressing concerns
