Production pilot leader:
• Review the product at the development stage and propose appropriate changes at the proto level.
• Planning of Prod. Pilot according to monthly production pilot and execute it to the defined timeline.
• Implemented and managed a systematic and scientific approach to product formulation effort to meet marketing goals.
• Discuss & review the product specification with the team by using three keywords—critical to quality, critical to Process & critical to manufacturing.
• Validate the product according to customer specifications.
• Prepare deliverables (PFC, DMI, Accuracy curve, PTM checklist Yield) & define threshold limits for the execution of the product in mass.
• Prepare a Pilot feedback report and review it with the cross-functional team.
• Do closure of all the feedbacks and give Go-head for Mass released.
• Kaizen event organizer for increasing the efficiency and productivity of Energy Meter

• Techno-Commercial Profile.
• Prepaid and Smart Meters Project Execution in Nigeria.
• Provide customer services like commissioning support and field service training to customers.
• Technical Discussions with Utilities regarding various product portfolios from residential metering to High-end Meters.
• Proof of concept for utility as desired and product functionality explanation.
• Support in offer preparation and selection of energy meter technical configuration according to customer specifications.
• Pre-sales Product Demonstrations and technical post-sales Training for Energy Meters.
• Genus Meter Test Certification from NERC (Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission) according to its metering code.
• Supervision of HT/LT Energy meter with AMR and AMI at Nigerian Utilities.
• Exhibition Attendee for representing Genus Power Infrastructure in Nigeria.

Product Testing & Software Verification:
• Performing various types of Testing like Routine testing (Test of limits of Error, Starting Current, No Load Testing, voltage & frequency variation, Test Of Meter Constant, Test of Repeatability of Error) as per IS {13779(for CL-1S) & 14697(For CL-0.5S)} for testing the efficiency of our Product as per customer requirement.
• Verify process-related software PTM (Production tracking software) with product specification to reduce the rejection in production.
• Meter data verification on BCS, HES & web portal technological.

Process Development & Line balancing:
• To design & development the process of SMART meters, Zigbee protocol, Intelligent Group Metering System, Pre-Payment, Silver Spring network, DCU, CMRI base project.
• Define/ develop new products production process/ improve existing processes and flow line set-up.
• Study the product Specification, accordingly analyze the production and testing requirements to meet the targeted output.
• Design various new jigs for detection of failures at early stages in lesser time, thus reducing rejection & rework.

Data analyst:
• Analyse Process Capability (Cp, Cpk) of every process and accordingly initiate and follow-up for design and process improvements.
• 4E analysis and make Pareto chart for the failure log
• Preparing Checklists for development designs and calling DFMs with R&D Team for Productivity and efficiency in Production.

Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance:
• To ensure availability and reliability of ELECTRICAL systems in Project for achieving Organisational Targets and also ensure environmental protection, safety measures, and cost-efficient operation by following way.
• Planning of preventive Maintenance.
• Trained operators for periodic maintenance.
• Prepared plans and layouts for equipment or system arrangements and space allocation.
• Interpreted drawing markups and implemented drawing revisions provided by engineers.

Managing budgets, health and safety legislation:
• Reduction in maintenance and repair costs by Modification with available resources.
• Managing stocks of supplies and equipment
• Develops the production machines (safety system, organize the working hours, and periodic checking).
• Gives training to the foreman in Electrical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic machines for making corrective and preventive maintenance for all production machines.
• Maintaining the ISO standards and procedures.
• Ensure safe working conditions for men and Machine
