Operation side:
• Manage day to day running of the portfolio of about 120 offshore companies
• Acting as MLRO for the Company
• Acting as director on a number of entities
• Follow on preparation of accounts, tax computation, filing and audit
• Attending to client special assignment in term of corporate administration such as conversion, re-domiciliation, share split and so on.
• Fund Administration and Management both open and close ended Funds.
Marketing side:
Mr. Nanette, was attributed the task of offering the products of the Company to the African region and France (including reunion island). His task were to:
• To create relationship with potential clients and guide them through the services and advantages of the Mauritian and Seychelles jurisdictions as offshore centers.
• Guide the client in their project definition and setup procedures.
• Advice the client on the structure of their individual entities relative to their requirements and objectives.
• Organize and attend business trips within the assigned region for network creation and product dissemination.
• Development and maintenance of the Management Information System in term of domestic laws relative to offshore and other operating changes and facilities being offered by competitor jurisdiction and/or target market.

Mr. Nanette was appointed in July 2003 as the executive administrator at IFS. He was initially responsible of the administration of a portfolio of 30 GBC 1 and 2 companies. Thereafter the portfolio attributed to Mr. Nanette was increased to 50 entities, including multi Nationals opened and closed ended funds.
His functional tasks were as follows:
• Day to day corporate administration of the companies (banking, accounting and NAV calculation)
• Liaising with client and third parties as regards investment prospect, banking transactions and other. (including FSC, ROC, Bankers and Brokers)
• Preparation of financial statements
• Follow with auditors
• Computation and filing of tax return
• Engaged in the setup of GBC 1&2 and funds

Mr. Nanette was a Senior auditor engage in the audit of both domestic and offshore entities. During his career, he was involved in a number of domestic companies audit, going from medium size companies to groups. Which were involved in the trading, manufacturing and metallurgist.
He was also involved in the audit of offshore companies engaged in simple property and investment holdings sector to large multi national closed and opened ended funds.
