Looking for New Career Field, Availability: ASAP

During my 1 year and 3 months with C&W Portfolio Service Centre (PSC), I had the opportunity to support one of the company’s biggest clients with data administration and maintenance tasks.
My role involved processing all data inputs, going through new lease agreements, terminations, amendments, tittle deeds, invoices and rent reviews as well as updating the database system and performing UAT.
I also had to make sure that the tenants and landlords contact details have been up-to-date in the database system. I dealt with clients directly via email and call, I believe that communication among clients are essential to keep an update and feedback on projects.
My role also enabled me to contribute in the IFRS data collection project by making sure that the reports were consistent with the data on the system, checking queries, over view lease abstractions and meeting deadlines of each projects.
The IFRS role in particular helped me understand the importance of accuracy, consistency and transparency when dealing with information and the importance of receiving proper data
In between my main role I also made time to help my fellow teammates by conducting training sessions to keep them up-to-date with the latest projects, train them on the database input system and how to follow up on queries with clients.

Emphasised instructional and developmental activities that develop better understanding in early childhood. Communicated directly with parents to present reports of children’s performance.

In charge of marketing and informing existing or potential customers on updated products. As well as specialising in Customer Service handling any inquires or issues and promoting new merchandises.

Responsible for looking after the library facility as well as checking in/out borrowed books by students. And enforcing the library rules to student who disobey the rules by causing damages within the library or damaging of property. Ensuring that the student fine reports were cleared out, if not I would then had to follow up. the computer system is up-to-date, and attending to any student seeking for assistance in the library.

Food not bombs is an NGO charity centre that distributes self prepared food to the homeless and the needy. Each individuals are placed into groups to scavenge and collect leftover vegetables and breads from the local wet and dry markets to bring back to the centre for meal preparations, which consist of lunch and dinner. Once the meals are prepared we then distribute it to the homeless living near or in the underground metro stations. It is a rewarding experience to see the warm smiles on each one of their faces.
