Job vacancy Brand Activator - Mozambique - Premium spirits

Our client is a global organization that manufactures & distributes premium alcohol & spirits across Europe & Africa. They are currently present in over 100+ countries and are expanding rapidly within the African market. They are currently planning to expand their business within the Mozambique market

Reporting to the Regional Sales manager. Your objective in this role is to:

• Drive sales & brand awareness of the luxury line that consists of alcohol & spirits within the ON trade markets ie (nightclubs, restaurants & bars)
• Responsible for promoting and developing the brands distribution & retail channels while maintaining the customer relationships
• Responsible for identifying key opportunities within the consumer markets in Mozambique
• You are responsible for spearheading result oriented sales strategies and marketing campaigns to engage customer interests and sales activities
• You bring creative solutions to effectively expand your organization's lines of products by outlining marketing campaigns & organization networking events with business owners within the ON & OFF trade markets
• Responsible for traveling locally within Mozambique , in order to network with key decision makers
• Reporting weekly & monthly sales reports that include consumer & trade insights, competitors activity & strategies

You bring a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Brand Activator or Ambassador , preferably within the alcohol & spirits industry
Previous experience working in the HORECA industry in Mozambique is a bonus
You are self-motivated, resilient and able to implement effective sales strategies
You have a proven sales track record of leading distribution for premium alcohol & spirit brands within the ON trade markets in Mozambique
Diploma in Marketing or Business management
Excellent fluency in English & Portuguese is mandatory
This role will require you to travel frequently within the trade markets
