Job vacancy Sales & Trade Marketing Associate - Guinea

Our client is a multinational industry leader with globally recognized brands, operating in over 130 markets worldwide and employing over 45,000 professionals.

We are currently recruiting a Sales & Trade Marketing Associate (H/F) for a position based in Guinea.

The Sales & Trade Marketing Associate (H/F) will be responsible for the following:

• Implementing and rolling out Sales & Trade Marketing (S&TA) strategies.
• Monitoring the success of S&TA strategies and KPI achievements related to sales and distribution.
• Contributing to maintaining healthy working relationships with distributors, trade key partners, and trade unions.
• Planning and executing respective programs in collaboration with distributors, and providing support for the implementation of programs and activations.
• Monitoring stock levels per region and per warehouse in coordination with the supply chain and distributors.
• Coordinating with distributors to monitor brands coverage, range depth, drop size, numeric and weighted distribution, call frequency, etc.
• Following up on the budget for Sales & Trade Marketing activities and preparing reports and dashboards as required.

The successful candidate for the Sales and Trade Marketing Associate H/F role must possess the following credentials and experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in Sales & Distribution and Trade Marketing.
• Excellent knowledge of local market realities.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Northern and Western Africa region.
• Fluency in English, with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated sense of accountability and proactivity, coupled with the ability to find solutions and drive results.
