Chief Marketing Officer
Our cllient specializes in mortgage origination, and services are an integral part of a larger value chain that includes real estate, insurance, and other related services.
Roles and responsibilities:
*Set the goals and objectives for the marketing department
*Plan and execution the marketing strategy
*Plan the annual and quarterly marketing budget and ensure optimal usage of the budget.
*Lead the marketing team to conduct regular research on key metrics and find insights to increase customer outreach and market share.
*Align the marketing plans with internal stakeholders, optimising the marketing strategy and collaboration across the board.
*Periodic data collection and analysis in order to make various decisions and evaluation of past plans.
*Continuous research on best practices and technology to keep abreast of competition.
*Design, plan and implement marketing campaigns and decide the choice of the campaigns to best build leads.
*Build strong relationships with strategic partners to improve and complement the functions
*Identify of trends and insights for the digital marketing campaigns and optimal spending on the insights.
*Build and develop the marketing team.
*Develop marketing strategies that not only align with the company's goals but also capitalize on market opportunities.
*Oversee market research, analyze consumer trends, and identify target audiences.

*The CMO collaborates with cross-functional teams to create and implement integrated marketing campaigns, manage brand positioning, and enhance customer experience.
Qualities / Competencies:
*Proven experience as a CMO/ Marketing Director, preferably in a financial services or mortgage origination business.
*Strong strategic thinking skills that translate into a keen understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and emerging trends.
*Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of fostering collaboration within an entrepreneurial group.
*Strategic thinker with the ability to drive growth and innovation in a dynamic business environment.
*Proven understanding of data analysis tools.
*Ability to lead in a constantly evolving environment.
*Experience working with various marketing tools relating to market research, data analytics, website development, product branding, visual communication software, written communication, and public relations.
