We are a well-known diving centre in Trou aux Biches.

Position:
Receptionist & Admlnistrative Secretary.

Tasks & Missions:
- Answering calls, answering emails and WhatsApp messages,
- Taking reservations and registering services provided, invoicing clients, taking payments, general administration of the diving centre and paperwork, including timely submission of documents for renewal of licences and permits for the company's activities.

Requirements & Profile:
- At least 5 years work experience in the same kind of position,
- Good written English and French,
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel,
- Neatness and responsibility, politeness and friendliness,
- A driving licence is an advantage.

Conditions:
- Residency: Northern region,
- Permanent employment & Full time,
- Good salary according to your profile, experience and interview results.
