Job vacancy Cleaning Team Leaders - Supervisors

Positions:
Cleaning Team Leaders / Supervisors.
We are looking for 6 Cleaning Team Leaders / Supervisors for shopping malls, offices and other projects.

Missions:
- Ensure that HR policies on in place on site;
- Be responsible for the maintenance and for the effective / efficient usage of machines on site;
- Provide adequate training to staff (training and formation to new joiners and refresher training for existing operators);
- Ensure that the planning of work is respected and deadlines achieved on time;
- Be responsible for the stock management on site.

Requested profile:
- be flexible, agile and versatile;
- be polite, neat and presentable at all times;
- be proactive and eager to learn and progress;
- be on time at work;
- have a minimum of 3 years experience in the cleaning industry.

Conditions:
- Salary: Not to disclose and will be depending on previous experience // Transport is organised by the Company.
- Hours of work: Morning shift: 6am to 15pm and Night shift: 15pm to midnight.
