Job vacancy Assistant Quantity Surveyors

Company:
Wenseng Contracting Co Ltd is a job contracting company incorporated in Mauritius since and has its office based in Coromandel. The company undertakes building works: Fit out for internal & external work specially for granite and aluminium openings and curtain walls.

Responsibilities:
1. To send claims to clients.
2. To assist in the management of quantity surveying aspects of building and engineering projects.
3. To measure and compute quantities from drawings and site dimensions.
4. To prepare project cost estimates, cost plans, activity schedules, bills of quantities and bidding documents for building and engineering projects.
5. To assess value of works/variations, prepare valuations, cost/financial reports and final accounts and prepare and issue certificates of payments.
6. To attend meetings and committees, as and when required.

Profile:
- Experience Required: No expérience or 1 year of experience in the same position.
- Diploma in Quantity Surveying.

Conditions:
- Residency: Plaine Willems or Port Louis region.
- Permanent employment & Full time,
- Good salary according to your profile and experience.
