We are recruiting for our client a Sales Manager (M/F) for a position based in Casablanca.


The Sales Manager (M/F) will be responsible for the following:

  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities to acquire new customers, while understanding their evolving needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships to enhance the development of sales, with a focus on converting prospects into loyal customers.
  • Provide specialised technical support to enhance customer satisfaction and foster loyalty.
  • Enhance brand visibility and reputation within the target market.
  • Deliver detailed reports on sales performance to evaluate effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.

The successful candidate for the Sales Manager (M/F) role must possess the following credentials and experience:

  • An engineering degree from a recognised tertiary institution (Civil, Mechanical, or other relevant Engineering).
  • Minimum of 7 years of specific work experience in an Engineering Solutions Oriented Environment (Civil/Construction, Manufacturing, Other), with at least 3 years in Sales.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated sense of accountability and pro-activity, coupled with the ability to build businesses and drive results.
