Rewards, Recognition and Performance Specialist

The Rewards, Recognition and Performance (RRP) Team is responsible for designing, building and communicating HR policies, processes and programs that deliver the long-term HR strategy and goals of our business. The RRP team is managing Accenture’s global performance and rewards strategy, philosophy, global processes, programs, and policies ‘end to end’ and center led to ensure a consistent approach and experience for our people working for Accenture across the globe.

The RRP Team at Accenture supports the functional processes: rewards, performance, and recognition, including these workstream’s opportunities for integration and tools/data/systems.

Duties of Job

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Advocate and educate business and HR leadership across Mauritius on our Rewards & Performance Strategy, Principles, Programs, Investments.

Provide guidance and decision-making input (data/reports, scenarios, leadership summaries and recommendations) to country HR leadership to navigate key annual rewards deliverables (incl. planning, rewards decision-making, talent discussions, promotions) and enable them to make final decisions/provide approvals for global Market outcomes.

Share global Function and Market guidance, design/frameworks and initiatives/campaigns with our MU TR/PA teams, support teams to activate & take the right actions to execute key rewards/PA deliverables and programs in line with guidance and in alignment with any local nuance/context required.

Provide country summary feedback back to country HR leadership, manage final approvals.

Provide guidance, support and help grow capabilities across country Total Rewards (TR)/Performance Achievement (PA) teams; engage MU TR/PA teams in global Function projects.

Serve as key country interlock to other global RRP functions (Market intelligence, Planning, Admin, Exec Compensation, Equity, Recognition, PA, etc.), share Market/MU insights and feedback.

Manage or contribute to special projects and initiatives that ensure continued alignment of the end-to-end rewards process to our overall HR & total rewards strategy and goals (example: harmonization of bonus programs in line with global design strategy, implementation of market relevant bonus targets, …).

Drive consistency across the country, ensuring uniformity where needed/appropriate across TR/PA processes.

Involve in benchmarking of our total rewards package and propose salary / benefit adjustments accordingly.

EXPERIENCE

At least 3 to 4 years of direct compensation experience.
PROFESSIONAL SKILL REQUIREMENT

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into insightful analysis.
Ability for delivering work to the deadline, organizing and prioritizing work.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Advanced knowledge of MS office and experience (Excel, PowerPoint). Other tools might be desirable.
