Assistant Club Manager

Ensuring that each department meets its goals and objectives by setting standards and monitoring performance
Coordinating with the different departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget
Assisting departments in developing and implementing creative strategies to increase revenues
Making sure that the club rules, policies and procedures are always followed by employees
Evaluating the performance of supervisors to ensure that they are meeting performance standards
Establishing policies and procedures for the different departments to ensure efficient operations while maintaining quality standards
Reviewing employee performance appraisals to ensure that they are accurate and fair
Managing employees within the department, including hiring new staff when needed
Developing and maintaining relationships with members and stakeholders
Overseeing day-to-day business operations of the club to ensure that it is running smoothly
Ensuring proper records keeping of Administration Department
Working towards proper communication amongst departments
Performing other duties as assigned by the club manager
Managing all aspects of the club in the absence of the Club Manager
