Job vacancy Marketing and Communication Manager

Our client, one of the leading real estate in the Indian Ocean Region is seeking to recruit a Marketing and Communication Manager. This is a very senior position and reports to the CEO and covers all aspects of marketing and communication needs for the company.

Responsibilities:

Outlining a strategic brand and communication action plan for the company that will position the brand as a strong and respected brand in the market place in order to gain brand awareness in the corporate, financial and technology sector in Mauritius and internationally.

Defining and rolling out a communication plan that will contribute to building the awareness and brand equity the company

- BRAND COMMUNICATION : definition of the Message, tone, style, and mediums of expression, visual communication, advertising visual.
- BRAND TOOLS : conception and production of Website, brochure, video, photos, advertising visuals, newsletter.
- PROMOTION PLAN : content, media, digital, PR, events.
- SMART CITY PROJECT: Contribution to the Masterplan and strategic intent, workshop preparation etc. Assist in the conception, edition and creation of the Document to supply to the BOI.
- ANNUAL REPORT: project coordination for the conception and production of the company Annual Report.
- NEW PROJECTS:: brand creation and roll out of the brand tools and communication plan.
- LIFESTYLE COMMUNICATION: management of the communication between the company and its homeowners, residents, clients, prospects, around the lifetsyle and events that take place at the company.
- CRISIS COMMUNICATION: support and guidance in the event of a crisis, as per the protocole in place in the organisation.

Supervising the implementation of corporate guidelines (CI Manual) .

Profile:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field.
A minimum of 10 years experience in marketing and communication.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge of the real estate market.
Must possess excellent communication skills and have a positive attitude.
