Admin & Accounts Officer
Our client in the advertising sector is seeking to recruit a talented Admin & Accounts Officer.
Responsibilities:
Administration Responsibilities:
Serve as the key point of contact between the organization and stakeholders.
Handle correspondence and phone calls efficiently.
Execute all administrative tasks effectively.
Take responsibility for employee wellness.
Address and respond to all employee queries promptly.
Assist with payroll processing.
Manage other HR-related tasks as required.
Accounts Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Accounts Officer with data entry tasks.
Update receivables' and payables' accounts regularly.
Participate in month-end account closing activities.
Maintain files and documentation meticulously, following Company Policy and accepted accounting practices.
Profile:
HSC/Degree in Accounting or ACCA Level 1.
At least 1 year experience in related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Tools.
Analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and Time Management skills.
Team-oriented work ethics.
Excellent communication and have an eye for detail.
