Job Summary

We are actively searching for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Duties of Job

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
2. Efficiently resolve customer issues, prioritizing interventions during high volumes.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
4. Document interactions and maintain accurate records for follow-ups.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve customer issues.
6. Continuously learn and improve knowledge of products and services.
7. Address general customer inquiries, product issues, and order concerns.
8. Monitor and communicate with customers about production or shipping issues.
9. Processing returns, refunds, and exchanges, including generating labels, ensure compliance with SLAs for returns and refunds processing and provide transparent communication to customers about return status.

7. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
8. Ability to remain calm and empathetic in challenging situations.
9. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
10. Excellent problem-solving skills.
11. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
12. Proficiency in written and spoken English (additional language skills a plus).
13. Familiarity with customer support software and tools.
14. Familiarity with e-commerce and customer support tools is a plus.
