The Station Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fuel station in TRIOLET ensuring efficient and safe functioning while delivering exceptional customer service

1. Team Management:
o Supervise and coordinate the activities of station staff, including fuel attendants and cashiers.
o Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and workload.
o Conduct regular team meetings to communicate updates, discuss issues, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
2. Operational Excellence:
o Ensure compliance with Petrol Station safety regulations and protocols at all times.
o Monitor fuel inventory levels and coordinate with Manager for replenishment.
o Oversee maintenance activities to ensure equipment, facilities, and grounds are well-maintained.
o Manage the opening and closing procedures of the station.
3. Customer Service:
o Set and maintain high standards for customer service, resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
o Train staff on best practices for customer interaction and service excellence.
o Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements as necessary to enhance the customer experience
